Have the same issue. I was playing fore Adept Cenobite achievement. In 2 matches I could win with Merciless Killer title (last match 2 dead on hooks, 2 survs lying on the ground, 1 gen done. I experienced a lot the same situations. In example with 3 or 4 Ghastlys and full B&C, with base 28k BP I got only 60k BP total... Just finished another match when my personal cake didn't even worked...

I have memento night with my wife, but addons have 50% chance to not be equipped :< We want to see blood :(
