Dead by Daylight should no longer be affected by an outage. Players logging into the game between September 26 3PM ET and September 28th 3PM ET will receive 1M Bloodpoints as compensation.

Sometimes it isn't what survivors are complaining about. It is how well the perks are performing in their data. Maybe 90% of all players are running a perk that include screaming, and they want people to use crows more often. This just happened to me as well. I bought Ghost face, played like 5 games with him, equipped his 3 perks with no offerings or add ons. I just got a "Merciless Killer" match, and the achievement didn't unlock. The match probably finished like 20 minutes ago now. XBox Username: Cincer8328 (PC Version)
