It's not only that it's a nerf but it's a very lazy nerf. Any sort of hard-lock from using your powers or a stun is just stupid imo especially in a time based game ike dbd and they keep adding it into the game.

I would Oni if you're looking for the closest thing to billy. I would also give nurse a try. I agree she's a little frustrating to play post-nerf but she's still top tier. Just have to put some hours getting good with her.
