Being that I can barely hook Survivors or break Pallets and Generators, yes. I never had this problem before the update on PS4. Survivors, as a whole, have a major advantage right now. It's insane how unresponsive R1 is while trying to perform an action! Surely I can't be the only one having this problem on PlayStation?…
