  • Actually there is one survivor perk built for countering NOED. And his name IS JOHN CENA. jk. The Cheryl Mason perk called Sould Guard. It is perfect as the killer seeks to knock down all survivors so no one escapes. It even gives you endurance for 8 seconds!!
