It's because those perks are baseline since the license expired and they changed their names. Like Lightweight, Resilience, and Spine Chill. You really have to inform yourself before you post junk "bugs"

The animation replays the third time but not bugged this time. It seems to be a bug in general so my game is not the only affected one

You are playing on a 10 years old console... It's sad to hear but this console reached over its limit... Keep some money for a Ps5 or switch to PC ( by the cost of all your account progression )

These types of bugs happen quite often, my brother lost Michael Myers for example. Wait a few days and you will get them back. Otherwise, report it, the support is very helpful

Make Marvin's blood basekit and remove it or change it to a "rare" add-on. It's by far his strongest add-on ( according to the statistics )

Don't take everything so serious, make your own thing. You don't have friends? Make some online --> Maybe something strange happend and you add and then talk to each other. Family ######### on you? Just don't care
