Just had this happen to me. I was playing against a hag on pantry swamp map. She couldn't find a hook so I had wiggled 80%, she dropped me, picked me back up and my bar was 100% full and I was hitting greats for a good 10 meters before we got to a hook.

I'm having the same issue, I play on Steam/PC. I even verified the files to see if that would help.

It really depends on the situation, if there's no gens done and the killer has already gotten hooks then gens need to be prioritized but if you can get away with healing someone without hurting for gen progress then always heal.

I had to open the Hooked on You game and there's an option on the main screen that sends you to a url where you get the code to redeem in the DBD store. I don't know if there is another way to get the code.

Just had a game like this against a Blight. He got 5 stacks, I cleansed his devour hope and he was still able to mori me. I don't wanna make a new post so hopefully this message will bump the post so the devs can see.
