hmm i would bet he would be immune search perks like 'spine chill' 'dark sense' 'etc' and that he would show up on bond. (when he is in survivor mode. he is a survivor and could be spot with bond) a perk that would be nasty evil would be 'Hysteria': "wait there's 4 of you..including me" this perk would basically backfire…

So other then the fact that communication and TEAMWORK is good counter to 'the Thing' cant forget.. that helps with every killer save a few (Freddy is hard to form a plan)

i thought it would be horrific if it took the shape of someone who is dead, but if everyone is on call, its easy to know who is dead. maby his main ability would be to change form at will (with a small charge time)
