  • The problem is that you can't ever use his power out in the open because it's so EASILY jukeable so that means they had make PH able to use it in very specific situation instead (i.e. vaulting, pallet drops, etc).   • Agreed entirely, with as hard as it is to land and how counterable it is you should 1000% be able to combo it with perks like NOED, Haunted Ground, or hell even his OWN PERKS THAT REQUIRE IT! He's literally just a M1 killer and they're guaranteeing it by doing this, no one-shot potential at all and so much counterplay.
