yea it is lol. I have no idea why some people looked at a parody character and said....."yep! thats who i want!" Obviously they only want her because of the memes and all that. But wanting her because of "memes" or because she is "funny af" doesnt make her a good character for Dead by Daylight.

Bill was from another game franchise. And not only that Frank West was created and is owned by Capcom. And Capcom LOVE crossovers. All the devs gotta do is contact them for Frank and I can guarantee that they would oblige. I know it aint as simple as that but still. Capcom would be all for it I am very confidently sure.…
