The hooked placement is something I experience 99% of the time when I'm hooked. It's not a huge deal, but it would surely make the game look better if survivors actually consistently look like they have a reason to be screaming ON A HOOK, rather than floating in the air beside it.

The Plague: I think that infected survivors should suffer from any other sort of effect besides being broken. At high ranks, survivors don't seem to care as much about being broken, and don't cleanse. I think an additional hindrance to infected survivors may encourage them to cleanse more often. I'm sure they meant that The Plague would be able to activate corrupted fountains from a range, rather than gaining corrupt purge every time a generator is completed. This would solve having to travel all the way to a fountain, which could spawn in some undesirable locations, or survivors could cleanse at the furthest…

Playing as a survivor, I encounter a Plague like once a month. I'm generally happy when I do, because it's a break from the common killers. Unfortunately, they are usually very low ranks, and don't get to do much, thanks to the splendid matchmaking.

I'd love to see some new Plague cosmetics as well. I'm sure there are so many possibilities for her. I think many of her skins seem similar, or don't seem unique, because they have to implement all of the cysts and make her look infected. There are a few skins that cover her entirely, which I think are the types of skins…
