This seems like something that happens sometimes when you run Head On and get grabbed out of a locker (when you try to stun). Funny tho

Mostly those glitches happenes if the cosmetic is longer hair (maybe different physics than shorter hairs). This has happened to me a few times before. Ususally the problem is that the generator is done so quickly that the game wont update it. I dont think this is a PS4 specific issue as it can happen on any console/PC.

All basement related challenges are impossible to complete at the moment. I'm sure they will fix the issue soon. I would suggest just leaving those challenges for later )

I run head on pretty often and it happens every 1in10 matches. The worst part is when someone is being hooked and you can't move for 5 seconds. I think there are more effects that can happen than those 3 you mentioned, so hopefully they fix it soon )

It is usually casued by you exiting the locker (with head on) at the same as the killer opened the locker. You end up having the same animations as other survivors.

another thing that can happen with Kate's Ponytail (Parted Ponytail Cosmetic) is that it starts floating if you work on the short side of any Generator. This bug however happens with a lot of cosmetics that have long hair, I'm guessing it has something to do with how they are implemented. Nea, Meg, Kate and Feng has this…
