  • Ruin was used to help prevent survivors from genrushing. The devs saw it was a "It's SO GOOD on killers it needs a nerf!" In reality it's only used to help the Killers actually play the game with a chance imo. Not a smart nerf- Almost like nerfing killers and buffing survivors in general.
