Hello, to have a bit more context, how often do you get the crashes? Also would it be possible to get the logs files from one of the recent crashes? They'll be located in the following folder: %localappdata%\DeadByDaylight\Saved\Logs And thank you for the report.

@Zeushack65 Hello, to fix this issue you'll have to go in this folder "%localappdata%\DeadByDaylight\Saved\Config\WindowsNoEditor" and edit the file GameUserSettings. You'll want to set the ScreenScaleForWindowedMode and ScreenResolution values to 100. If needed you can later lower that value using the in-game slider.

@Bzrro85 Great if you can attach it here, it will help us greatly narrowing down the issue. Thank you.
-
If you experience the issue again would it possible to get the logs for that session? They can be found in %localappdata%\DeadByDaylight -> Saved -> Logs. This will help narrow down the possible causes. Thank you.

Thank you.

@clumsyorca You can paste this into file explorer %localappdata%\DeadByDaylight -> Saved -> Logs. They 'll be timestamped with the time at which you closed the game after that session.

@bm33 Does it still happens about 2-3 times a month and does it start occurring under conditions similar to Zariva's?
-
What's your average ping when that issue occurs and could you post some logs if it happens again? Thank you.

The Cross-Play option is greyed out if you're inside the "Play as Survivor" or "Play as Killer" Menu. Try changing it from the main menu's options.

Have you opened a costumer support ticket about it? They'll help you as best they can. https://support.deadbydaylight.com/hc/en-us

Can you still access the entries by selecting the desired tomes under the Compendium section?
-
No worries, we'll keep looking into it. Thank you.
-
Do you have logs for that session?
-
If the issue occurs again, could you post the logs of that session here? Thank you.
-
Is there any chances you might still have the logs of that session? That would help greatly.

I think you receive the broken status from For the People before Second Wind gets a chance to activate.

The mobile support might be better suited to help out with this if you provide all the details you can. https://dbdmobile.helpshift.com/a/dead-by-daylight-mobile/?p=all

Which tier of Iron Will were you using? The perk only reduces how loud the grunts are at tiers 1 and 2. Also it doesn't activate when in the dying state.

New matchmaking chages are being rolled out starting with the Xbox One version. You can find more details on this forum post. https://forum.deadbydaylight.com/en/discussion/173606
