  • A flashlight save, wiggling out, and even escaping deathslinger's chain (If they let you fully escape) all count as a stun and activate the perk, and I believe Blast Mine also does as well. There are probably several more uncommon events in which it can activate, but it's much more than just 3.

  • As a Lucky Break fan and a Rebecca fan, I have not tried the new Lucky Break since its buff because losing your scratch marks isn't going to do anything if she is that loud getting hit for that long.
