well, the glitch persists for me since the day of the patch (but didn't appear exactly after the patch). played like 10 hours since then.

actually i got the same problem with dave king, but i got my blood points back after spending some points in different survivor´s bloodwebs. Only commenting to give the information, that it´s apparently not level or survivor dependent.
