Yes, especially since the bloodpoints incentive (100%) to play as survivor/killer has been killswitched, people who like only to play killers see no reason to play survivor until they fix it, I expect queue to be way longer than usual.

Same thing happening to me almost every match, you literally can't play as Twins anymore.
