Hey there, so far I know from my experience, you need from lvl 1-13 2.100 EXP, level 14-23 2.700 EXP to get 195 IS. I'm lvl 24 now and need 3.300 EXP but right now I don't know how much IS you get here maybe arround 225. I'll give you an update soon ^^ So I think at lvl 34 the EXP you need and the IS you get increase :)
