Im not saying its fine, i was saying: "Fine, we cant strop them from doing it." That might be something worth considering, but it could be abused with intentional sniping/swfs. Maybe not give points, but maybe let them keep their items? who knows.

If they kill themselves on hook, fine. We cant stop that. But we need to minimalize the DCs. You can argue all day that a DC penalty doesnt help, but youd be 100% wrong. This problem has gotten astronomically worse with it disabled.
