I was just in a match against the Nemesis, and in his loadout he carried Eruption. I was doing a generator and the the timer displays as intended following my gen to blow up. After the 16 second maxed timer ended, the perk's symbol still appeared on the right side of the screen. I could not continue repairing on that gen.…

Same here. Can confirm that Athlete Face (Meg's) Isn't unlocking for me. But I've seen this was a bug since June 2018, and it's concerning that a developer had addressed this bug, and still it isn't fixed.
