BT gives you endurance which still has a cost if you're hit, if you think getting 15 seconds of BT when unhooked while the killer is now on the opposite side of the map is better because of the nerf, you clearly dont know BT strats.

The BT rework is not a buff, the only instance in which guaranteed BT proc benefits now is against stealth killers, which is highly situational because stealth killers still have terror radius in chase, otherwise the reduced active time is a pretty huge nerf considering the counter to BT is just to wait it out, now that's…
