nope, they said in the anniversary livestream that the 2v8 mode will replace this year's Summer BBQ Event. They said "replaced", so yes, it won't be there, maybe never again unfortunately

I was grinding Archives and grades just for the event, and then we got told it got cancelled... it literally destroyed my mood and fun

I care about having special event items in my Inventory. This is my Inventory on Nicolas so far. I was hoping to farm some Firecrackers and LNY Toolboxes at the event, so that I don't have to ask friends to transfer them over via. White Wards... but I guess it will be the only option now for me. It's just really unfortunate

I can understand. In my opinion Meta-builds are just boring. DS, Sprint burst, Autodidact & Bond is my main build because I can play with it best. I only play solo, that's why DS. Otherwise I would exchange DS with something else (kindred perhaps). Kindred is a very helpful perk in many cases!

Hillbilly is a very bad killer (because he is very unbalanced). Autodidact is the strongest survivor perk in the game. The Gideon meat plant is the best map in the game. Old Freddy was better than the new one.

Detective's hunch is such an underrated perk in my opinion!

The perks are OK, but I love the Pharmacy perk, it's very nice to farm Emergency Med-Kits!

Feel you, Killers are unbalanced. Its a survivor game, not a Killer game.

I don't play the trapper, of course there is some potential for improvement in some things, but on the whole I am satisfied!

Yes, it is! I played a few more rounds with him and just tried the addons. I'm starting to get along better with him, but he still feels weird to play with

Why should that be bad? That's the point of the game, especially for the killer.

But that's exactly what the update does! It balances Hillbilly's abnormal strength, and makes it more constant.

Leatherface was lowrank, and now he's extremely strong. So what's the problem? Everything that had to be done was done. More Lowrank killers are sure to follow! And Billy just needed the nerf!
