Good question. I'm sure the reason a lot of Killers camp and tunnel are because survivors kinda deserve it. From teabagging, baiting with the flashlight, breaking hooks and gen rushing to holding games hostage until the last second of Endgame just to be a jerk... Bottom line: You reap what you sow.
