If you guys can't answer or give a good answer for something. Take 30 seconds, acknowledge the problem, acknowledge the frustration, acknowledge that it's being worked on, and move on. If most of the show is no comment or working on it, you're wasting everyone's time if ur making us tune in to a multi-hour dev stream where…
-
If you say so, dude. Once again, agree to disagree. Please don't quote me again, I'm trying to move on from the convo.

What exactly would proof be then? And why does it matter whether there is proof or not? If you ask people to vote for you, you ask for their opinions. People can feel however they want, based on whatever they want, and just because you don't think it's indicative of anything doesn't mean it actually isn't. Just because YOU…
-
Na, we've said our opinions on why we feel how we feel about this being a labor of love. If all you can say to everyone's opinions is "Well no, this doesn't 100% mean they did this with malice" then yea, no #########. No one here is a mind reader, including yourself. Instead of trying to understand or acknowledge why…
-
If your every argument is just "These things they did wrong don't mean anything" or "These people don't represent anything meaningful" then no need to have this convo. Agree to disagree.
-
I feel like the amount of people on every social media platform saying they dont deserve the nom does...
-
Just because you don't think they're compelling doesn't mean they weren't to everyone else.
-
You missed the part where I mentioned their terrible reactions to the community outside of the game. So you'll need to inform me on where you think this love is that the rest of us are so blind to. If you stopped trying to paint differing opinions to make yourself feel like you have an optimistic high ground, this would be…
-
Yea, please go check where they put out the word asking for votes on any platform. Twitter, reddit, their own discord, their own forum, even Steam. Everyone laughed.
-
Compared to every other indie game on the market? Absolutely not. The vast majority of the community is not happy with the game, and this goes beyond the community being somewhat whiny. Simple problems are ignored, large community outcries are responded to tactlessly, and it's not a coincidence that the appearance of any…
-
That's a larger problem with DBD in general and specific perks shouldn't be crutches to prevent annoying or bad gameplay while simultaneously nullifying a killer's entire power.
-
Make it simple. Force Survivors to use at least two of their teachables. If the game ends up with everyone using the same 3 characters, then maybe those perks are busted and should be nerfed in the first ######### place.
-
You're missing the point completely mate. Also pretty sure one of the FF14 devs played in the 92% percentile, so you're wrong either way.
-
Dev companies absolutely have their staff playing the game. FF14 and Smash both have their leads being extremely competent at their game. Playing the video game is absolutely a thing most companies do. Balancing the video game is still the job of the company and that doesn't happen overnight with zero actual knowledge of…
-
Good Devs absolutely do. Most MMOs, most fighting games, and most Mobas have dev teams that play their games at all levels. If the company can't understand how the game works at every level, how can you possibly expect them to balance for it or understand player issue.
-
When the developers can't play their own game at high level, you should always question their balancing chocies and decisions.
-
Solve the box before chain hunt starts. If you wait that long it's on your team for not solving it earlier.
-
So here's the inherent problem, survivors have a goal of gen completion with the player interaction of chasing. Even if you don't survive, a good survivor game should be one where you feel like you did something. You affected the final standings of the game. You did a gen, you found no ed, took a protection hit, you ran…
-
I'm sorry but it doesn't matter what they put out. Survivor knowledge can allow them to do a lot of things, but DS and BT perks directly interact with how the killer acts and punish them for it. If the game ensured killers had to leave you alone for a while after unhooking, survivors could go perkless and roughly achieve…
-
This is a stupid argument against this. Any build that let's you undo what the killer does in less time then it takes to do what should be their fastest and easiest thing should be classified as a problem. if there were perks that let you sabotage hooks faster then it took for a killer to pick someone up, would you be…
-
What I think a lot of people are missing here is the idea that we should compare all of the variables. Time Investment: One of Four Survivors Blessing a Totem for 20 seconds vs. a Killer taking the time to find it and then snuffing it out in one second. Secondly snuffing it out doesn't stop it, as it can be put up again.…

At his best, Pinhead is possible the most oppressive killer they've made. The problem is that's only 10% of the time. And the other 90% he's either okay or terrible. And it's almost entirely rng dependant because even if you play smart, the map itself might deny you a reward for such good play due to how chains break.
-
He can be strong but it's super inconsistent. He basically loses or has a decent shot at winning on map selection and he can mess with a good solo queue better than any other killer, especially if you run plaything. Surprise chain hunt and you can basically pick them clean as they run around like chickens or just rage…
-
If the problem is he can body block you, wouldn't the optimal strat while he's cloaked to be constantly turning and running while staying near a vault or pallette. He has to ring his bell before he hits you, sounds like all the tools you need to react are there.
