ultimate weapon is going to be a bottom tier perk now. the scream was the whole point in bringing it, honestly if they wanted to nerf it, all they had to do was keep the scream, remove the location reveal (use your ears to hear where the screams are coming from) and give it a 40-60sec CD. now we just have another aura…
