Personally, if survivors are going to have role queue and be locked into one set of perks only. The only way I can logically see balance here is for the killer teachable perks to be locked onto each killer, so EVERY killer won't be able to yunno, run BBQ, Ruin and Nurses. For eg. Spirit can only run Spirit Fury, Haunted…
