as an update i have tried restarting my computer, reinstalling my game, and ANY bug fixes i could find online nothing is fking working please fix this

Hello i cannot play the game its loads up to the title screen and then just says "Cannot retrieve he List of Available Content" Error. i have tried restarting, my computer, internet, and xbox application. whats going on
