I'm actually not even sure if it's 2 seconds, I think it's more likely that both add-ons are revealing the survivor for 0 seconds and what you see is actually the aura fading out / lingering. This would explain why stacking both add-ons doesn't increase the duration, while lethal pursuer increases the duration to 2 seconds…
