Is Oni balanced for the game in your opinion?

@not_Queen I was told it was a good idea to tag you to get this into a professionals hands (I was also told that there would be a chance of you getting slightly pissed off but I'm willing to take that risk) Alot of fans would appreciate seeing clementine in this game :) With Regards -Foxiki
