This is a great first concept, I can tell you've put a lot of thought into the balancing of the perks, unlike a certain group of people lmao. There are however some changes I'd make to it to improve it, the killer's ability needs to be changed - I'd say reducing how much the it slows a survivor down to simply walking speed…
