Yeah it does seem pretty unbalanced when there's only two people in the trial left. They should give a permanent buff or something to help out the team, like maybe a permanent 7% haste status effect? I like this concept, it's similar to combining Unbreakable with blood rush. I feel like this would become a very good anti tunnel perk. And instead of it instantly giving it to you, you actually have to help out the team to get rewarded yourself. Seems like a very nice concept for a new perk

Yes, however the problem relies on if a killer leaves you there or not. And of people get the idea of doing it more and more than the lockout will be longer.
