You cant be safe forever: After being stunned by a pallet, all pallets and vault spots within 16 meters of the dropped pallet are blocked for 8 seconds after the stun expires. This effect has a cooldown of 100/80/60 seconds. This will prevent really long chases but still possible to prevent by surviviors
