Dead by Daylight should no longer be affected by an outage. Players logging into the game between September 26 3PM ET and September 28th 3PM ET will receive 1M Bloodpoints as compensation.

If Decisive Strike was designed to counter tunnelling, then it would only proc when it happens; for N seconds after being unhooked you can use it. It's just an OP perk as it stands, although it may never come up so I guess that's how the devs consider it balanced. Still, it really makes toxic high ranked survivors way…
