My code didn't work either and said it wasn't valid. I'm on Xbox though so I don't know if they didn't link the codes properly like with the Jake skin from Hooked on You.

I got both emails though my 100k BP code says it isn't valid so I don't know if there is a problem with some of the codes or if there is some bug since I'm on Xbox console. I've had two games on Xbox Series X when playing Nemesis crash to desktop. I just quit after the second one but after reloading from the first crash I didn't have a 5 minute ban for DCing but did lose my addons and offerings. I did play a game earlier today using the Dredge with no issues.

My wife on her XBSS and myself using my XBSX are having similar issues still. Takes longer to load, long time to join a survivor or killer lobby and a long time to join friends. I find its actually quicker to join with our XBox friends list than in game if that helps.
