I see it happen at all ranks. And adding an exception to the perk “unless the exit gates are open” will fix that. Never said the killer can’t hit the hooked survivor, it’s logical that they do just that, but it is to blame on the survivors if they don’t wait a bit longer for the killer to leave to unhook.
