I do not believe that this addition will influence anything, because those who can look back without problems, will not use this button. In DBD Mobile this function does not change the game mode of the assassin or the experience of the survivor, it just makes the process simpler.

This feature would be amazing for me who have a disability and the task of looking back is extremely difficult on the PC, helping a lot in accessibility for those who need it and making it normal for those who don't need this option.
