I just figured it out, you have to click the TINY little prices at the bottom. Note for the devs, you should make the click collision the size of the whole box. You might lose some sales on people not being able to figure out the interface. Its a bit counter intuitive.

I am also experiencing this on PC. The auric cell page just acts like a static page. Cant interact with the packs at all.
