He is bad against anyone. He might be worse than Legion. His chain ability has high risk with low earning. If miss it once, survivors are gonna go far away ahead, and it would not make much different if the chain hits. Just play him as a blank 4.6 killer would be the best. Just delete the chain and buff the box ability…
