Yes, Pallets or vault points too close to lockers lockers. If you turn your camera angle even the slightest angle, it switches the action on you. I've been screwed over by this many times. It has nothing to do with "button spamming" as some idiots say.

Not all killers will be using Lightborn, so the blinding the killer should still be possible. Best time to try it if you're not good at flashlight saves, would be to try blinding them when they go to break a pallet. I've had numerous survivors pull that move on me.
