This has been happening to me as a killer with pretty much everything. I have to constantly reposition myself to open lockers, break pallets, hook survivors and damage generators. In case of hooking survivors dropping and picking them up seem to sometimes fix it. It Really breaks the game. I'm playing on Switch.
