It is heavily implied that the old woman Is yui as well. since we know that it was evil yui who killed the other yuis. it seemed like old yui was going to kill herself before evil yui could kill her but couldn't bring herself to do it, another question is how she knew that evil yui was coming after her.

They went through the trouble of doing a close up on the bodies showing us that they are all in fact yui. In fact one of the yuis was wearing an apron, referencing the time that yui spent working as a hostess. It definately does seem like they are all alternate yuis whos life branched off into one of many possibilities…
