  • Hey, thanks! The sickness sound bug should be fixed this upcoming 4.1.1 hot fix. There might still be a little bit of issue where they only start coughing a few seconds in, but we're already looking into that. If the sound is still completely broken then, feel free to open a separate thread for this. Cheers.

  • Hey guys, thanks for bringing this issue up. We're now looking into the vomit projectile. As for the sound bug on the survivors - we might need a little bit more information. Any sort of videos and logs would be very helpful.
