Ye and I work full time so I have to get as many games in as I can, plus with college starting up again I wanted to get as much time before I cant do anything at all

wdym I picked this game up like 2 weeks ago and I really enjoy playing nurse

Its just really annoying, I'm consistently getting 3ks and 4ks and I'm not getting pip ups, I picked this game up a week and a half ago and its just been such a pain for me since other games its just be efficient as possible.
