You can see in the footage that my shroud is at full and yet the option to enter it is unavailable just so it doesn't look like I'm just trolling by standing next to a window in this footage

From what I can tell, they changed the menu animations to be 60fps which looks nice on some actions, but at the same time it also speeds up all of the particle effects on the menus to match the 60fps increase

I noticed this just now, using enduring and spirit furry on Wraith Pallet spot became a permeant wall that neither side could go through
