still broken post new update

if u turn on fps counter in steam u can see ur frames. im having same issue where before i could run the game at 120fps but now its randomly capping itself around 20 update: reinstalled nvidea drivers and now im gucci

possible relation to DX12. Direct X 12. deleting the files seem to have fixed it temporarily. nevermind bug immediately returned

This bug just stopped for me. but then an hr in its suddenly recapped itself to around 20fps

Espeacially since theres BUG where even if they are slammed into exit gate they still get out somehow rn
