Finally got a tracking number this week. Took them a while but looks like the merch is finally on it's way~

Contacted the store handlers on the 12th and got a message back the next day saying, "They should reach our storage within the next week." now it's the 9th, still no shirt, and got a "we will look into it" email. The waiting game is fun and all, but at least give an ETA on when the shirts will be shipped out.
