Ok, I just read that I missed a change where you can lethal rush and swing at pallets (no need for c33). THAT did it. But C33 not working for it DOES seem like a bug.

Yeah, I just did it 5 times. Counting each time. No dice. This is bugged.

Came here to search and potentially submit a bug report myself. I've used green keys, purple keys, with the green tag, yellow tag, the blood amber... none of it works. Stays 0/3. I'm giving up for now. It's very clearly bugged.
