As a survivor I"ve completed 30 vials in like 15 hours after the event was released (including sleep). You can basically do 1 full bottle per game so its pretty easy from my point of view. As a rank 1 killer I had to wait 20 minutes.. again 20 minutes to get into the game and then if 2 people skip offerings = only 5 event…
