Agree. Faking to Generators only (!!!) is the way. Faking to healing survivors inside the Dream World shouldnt be possible to avoid Hemmorhage-Experiences.

New Freddy is not strong, but more fun than he was before. We will see what will happen before he hits Live-Servers. I am very sure BHVR will adress some issues we figured out and gave a ton of Feedback.

Some Freddy-Mains are prefer OG-Freddy over pure "Strength". Fun Fact: His PTB-Version is not as strong as people say it is. His PTB-Self is Bottom B-Tier at best. MintSkull has made an almost perfect video about PTB-Freddy which I (5K-hours Freddy-Main) mostly agree with.

While holding the Dream Pallet-Ability, Freddy can walk through Survivors who are NOT asleep. Is this a bug or intended? Like Demanifestation-Sadako.

Depends how long the Channeling takes place. If we Freddies can teleport as fast as Sadako for example (instant at the new location with an animation) you dont have the helpless-situation locked inside a Channeling-Animation at the place you currently are.

My opinion: Faking Teleports should stay in terms of fakes to generators. However, in terms of teleports to healing people, we shouldnt be able to cancel it to not destroy the survivor-experience with Hemmorhage-Builds.
