Yeah they've done a lot of under-handed sneaky changes like this that no one ever talks about . With every map change they've made - the map is shrunk down significantly in size - but the number of hooks remains the same too.

Can I ask what your method of playing is? Are you a stealth player? If not, are you going down immediately in almost every chase? As a nonstealth redrank, I can usually stay in chase for a three gen run. But with this current update, I'm going down immediately in every chase.
